Greater Metropolitan District of Columbia Medical Group Management Association (DC MGMA) was founded in 1983, for practices and individuals involved in health care in the District of Columbia, northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. Our membership consists of individuals who are actively involved in the management of medical group practice, both single and multi-specialty, and those interested in medical group practice management.

DC MGMA is committed to enhancing competency, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas, and improving medical practice management individually and collectively through group effort and action. DC MGMA offers its membership an invaluable opportunity for networking and professional enrichment. DC MGMA is affiliated with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), a professional association headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with Legislative offices in Washington, DC. MGMA is the oldest and largest national organization, with a membership of more than 20,000 individuals who represent over 175,000 physicians. Member information is not sold, but may be provided to our affiliated MGMA.

Annual Dues are $50 and payable to DCMGMA. If you are a national MGMA member, Local chapter dues are NOT included in your national membership. It is not necessary to be a national member if you would like to be a DC Member.
